Sources have confirmed that work for the new Mac OS, 10.6, has reached the final build for release. Mac OS X 10.6 a.k.a “Snow Leopard” is set to be let loose next month at a price of $29 for the upgrade from Leopard, 10.5.

If you make your way to Software Updates, Apple just pushed up the 10.5.8 update a few days ago. It mostly is a maintained update, but if you having the issues that it addresses, why not start downloading?
